In this 2-day Liberating Structures Lab, we cover different themes and many Liberating Structures will be discussed. In these interactive sessions we help each other with challenges and you learn how to facilitate Liberating Structures yourself. The event will take place on 23 and 24 September in the iconic Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam.
The interactive workshop is facilitated by Patricia Verploegh Chassé and Youri Schouten, both Scrum Masters and trainers with Immune-IT.
Initiator Patricia Verploegh Chassé: “The Liberating Structure Lab is our new 2-day interactive workshop. We cover different themes in which participants can practice themselves. They experience how they can put these structures into practice and facilitate them themselves. The beauty of it is that these structures are separate elements that can be used on their own, but can also be grouped together as a series of Liberating Structures. This allows us to really go in depth".
The benefits of Liberating Structures
You will learn in this workshop how to facilitate constructive dialogue with the help of various Liberating Structures. It focuses on understanding, listening to each other, research and effective decision-making. The different working methods offer tools to apply the desired form of handling in every situation.
As a facilitator, you learn to facilitate meetings, gatherings and conversations in a constructive way. This increases involvement, stimulates progress and prevents escalations. You have more grip on the situation. And you learn to make better use of the strength of the individual and of the team.
